About Total Body Transformation
What is Total Body Transformation?
Total Body Transformation (TBTWTC) is a monthly subscription fitness service designed to help you stay consistent and motivated all year long. TBTWTC is a movement of women supporting each other to look and feel their best. As “Transformers” we know that “there is always something you can do!”. All fitness levels and ages are welcome in the Transformer community.
What does the workout calendar include?
Each month you will receive a brand new calendar of workouts designed to give you the best results in the shortest time. The TBTWTC workouts are all Full Length, between 15-30 minutes in length, and the calendar is designed to give you 30-45 minutes of workout time each day.
Do I have to follow the monthly calendar?
The calendar is a suggestion, you absolutely do not have to follow it. Feel free to choose from the massive video library if you want to modify or switch up your workouts.

What happens after I sign up?
After you sign up, you’ll receive a WELCOME email, welcoming you to the Transformer community. Once you log in, you’ll have access to Total Body Transformation and all of the workouts and benefits. You will also be invited to our exclusive members only facebook community (which you should TOTALLY join, it’s the BEST fitness community!)
Where do I find the exclusive members only community?
You will be invited to our members only facebook group immediately upon signing up.
I want nutrition support, weight loss is one of my goals!
TBTWTC is a fitness program, however Tracy does have several other options for nutrition support. Fill out this survey HERE for more information on how to work with Tracy.
What if I sign up in the middle of the month?
No worries!  New workouts are released on the first and third Tuesday of each month.  The current monthly calendar will be sent to you as soon as you become a member.  Transformers are welcome any time:)
I received a membership as a gift, how do I activate my membership?
When your gift was purchased, a username and password was entered for you so you will have to get that information from the person that gifted you with TBTWTC. You will also receive and email confirmation (make sure to check your spam and promotions folder!) with a link to log into your account. You can then log into your account and start using TBTWTC!
I would like to switch to the annual membership? How do I do that?
Click on “Membership Levels” in the main menu bar at the top of this page. You can then choose the annual membership option and follow the steps to check out.
Where are my bonuses?
If you are eligable for bonuses, you should have received them via email when you signed up. Please check your spam and promotions folder for an email from tracy@tracycampoli.com. If you still do not see your bonuses, please email us at support@tracycampoli.com and we will be happy to help 🙂
Billing & Account Questions
When will my account be charged?
Your account will always be charged on the date that you signed up. If you sign up on the 3rd of the month, you’ll always be billed on the 3rd of the month.
Will my card be automatically billed?
Yes, your card will be automatically billed every month (or year) on the date that you sign up.
How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership at any time. However, by cancelling your membership, you are forgoing any “locked-in” rate and if you choose to sign up again, your rate will be determined by the current membership prices.

You can cancel your membership  by logging in to your Total Body Transformation account, selecting “My Account” from your profile dropdown menu and then clicking “cancel” under My Memberships. Once you cancel, you will not be billed for the following month. After you cancel your membership, your login will no longer be active, even if you have time remaining in the month that you paid for. Please keep track of when your payment went through and cancel your membership before your next payment. Once canceled, you will no longer have access to the TBT features, such as workout calendars, groups, resources, and more.

How do I change my membership?
To change your membership, go to ‘My Account’ and under ‘My Memberships’ click ‘change’. Select the membership that you want to change to. You will then be brought to a checkout page. Make sure that you’ve selected the correct membership at the top of the page. Enter your billing and credit card information and click ‘Submit and Checkout’. Once your payment goes through, you will recive a receipt via email. Your account will automatically be updated to your new membership.
What if my credit card attached to my membership account expires?
If you know your credit card is about to expire, you can update it under My Membership.* If your credit card expires and the payment can’t be completed, your membership will be cancelled. However, you can rejoin as an existing member and all of your previous membership history will be saved.
Can I give a membership as a gift?
Yes! Please visit our SIGN UP page to purchase a monthly or yearly memberships. When you purchase as a gift, make sure to add that persons email and create an account for them (enter a username and password). Remember, if you purchase a monthly membership, the credit card that you use will be automatically billed each month.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the digital nature of the program, we are unable to offer any refunds for the program.  However, you may cancel your membership whenever you wish, and you will not be charged for the following month or year.
Technical Support
I can't remember my password. Can I reset it?
You sure can! Click on the Login button and underneath the sign-in, click on “Lost your password?”. Enter  your username or email and you will receive an email to reset your password. You can also email support@tracycampoli.com if you need individual support.
I'm having technical issues. Who can help me?
For the quickest response, please email support@tracycampoli.com concerning any issues you encounter when using the site. We are ready and eager to help you!
I am not receiving my TBTWTC emails. Help!
If you aren’t receiving your emails, please check your spam and junk mail folders. In order to ensure that all of your TBTWTC emails are sent straight to your inbox, please add support@tracycampoli.com and tracy@tracycampoli.com to your contact list. If you still can’t find your emails, send a message via this contact page and we will get it sorted out!
Can I access the workouts on my tablet and/or smartphone?
Yes! Visit www.tracycampolimembers.com in your web browser and click on the “login” button in the upper right hand corner. You will then have access to the entire workout library.
Can I watch the TBTWTC workouts on my TV using my intermediate device (Apple TV, Chromecast, Amazon Fire, etc.)?

Yes, you can! You can log in to your TBTWTC account and stream all of the videos directly on your TV.

Can I download the TBTWTC workouts?
Since all of the workouts are part of the Total Body Transformation program, they are not downloadable and can only be accessed through the TBTWTC site.
