10. COMPLIANCE WITH GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION. You agree to obey all applicable laws while using our website. You agree that the laws of FL govern these terms and conditions of use without regard to conflicts of laws provisions. You also agree that any dispute between you and us, excluding any intellectual property right infringement claims we pursue against you, shall be settled solely by confidential binding arbitration per the American Arbitration Association commercial arbitration rules. All claims must arbitrated on an individual basis, and cannot be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of anyone else. All arbitration must occur in Miami, FL USA. Each party shall bear one half of the arbitration fees and costs incurred, and each party is responsible for its own lawyer fees.
11. SEVERABILITY OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. If any part of these terms and conditions of use are determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that part shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remainder of these terms and conditions are fully enforceable and legally binding.

14. TERMS OF OFFER. By placing an order through this website, you agree to the price and terms and conditions set for the individual product. Please read through these terms carefully before placing your order and print a copy for future reference. Please also read our privacy policy regarding personal information provided by you, which is incorporated herein by reference.
15. RETURN POLICY. Due to the digital nature of the program, we are unable to offer any refunds for the program.  However, you may cancel your membership whenever you wish, and you will not be charged for the following month or year.
16. YOUR CONTENT AND CONDUCT. As a TBTWTC member you may submit content to the site, including photos and user comments. You shall be solely responsible for your own content and the consequences of submitting and publishing your content on TBTWTC. You affirm, represent, and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to upload, post or email content you submit. You agree that content you upload, post or email to TBTWTC will not contain third party copyrighted material, or material that is subject to other third party proprietary rights, unless you have permission from the rightful owner of the material or you are otherwise legally entitled to upload, post or email the material and to grant TBTWTC all of the license rights granted herein. TBTWTC does not endorse any content submitted to TBTWTC by any user or other licensor. TBTWTC does not permit copyright infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights on the website and TBTWTC will remove all content if properly notified that such content infringes on another third party intellectual property rights.
